Unfortunately, my stay at these apartments was far from satisfactory. When I made a reservation late in the afternoon, the room was not ready, and the staff asked me to wait until it was cleaned. I specifically requested that fresh towels be provided, but when I entered the apartment, there were none. They were only delivered by a courier 1.5 hours later, because the staff was not there. The bed linen, which the staff claimed to be clean, had visible hair from previous guests - extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, I discovered a couple of hours later that there was no toilet paper at all in the apartment. Attempts to reach the staff were met with slow or no responses, adding to the frustration. While a partial refund was eventually offered, it hardly made up for the disappointing experience and the evening that was completely ruined. Overall, both the service and the conditions were poor - this needs to be fixed.
